I appreciated unbeatable and awesome location of this property.

I was there for 1 night and would love to stay here again. The room was airy and spotless with safe for my safety.

The European style breakfast was a good start to my mornings.

The noise from the street was unbearable . Even with the window closed, I could hear people talking loudly and the morning refuse collection was disruptive. I recommend requesting a quieter room, especially if you like to sleep in or need to work in peace.

The breakfasts are monotonous, but they're delicious. The hungry didn't go away. Delicious coffee.

Great Base for Exploring Vienna

We enjoyed our stay with attentive service and a solid breakfast spread. The double room had its quirks but provided a cozy ambiance. Pro tip, book your airport taxi in advance to save a few euros!

generally, the place was little and had really kind staff especially at check-in & check-out which were so quick & smooth. the room was spacious and updated and complete with a bathroom and lovely fresh linens. the location in a calm area was marvellous and there were the christmas market and a market nearby. the breakfast was perfect and marvellous, the check in was quick.

Charming location just minutes from St Stephen's Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and I found the staff to be mostly helpful. The room felt a bit cramped, with limited furnishings. Breakfast was decent with various options but I encountered hairs in my bed on a few occasions.

I liked everything.

No iron available (I was attending a conference and needed to iron a shirt) they tried to sell me their laundry service and after begging and getting stressed they provided one. The hotel lobby and hallways stank of cigarette smoke, and the smell crept into the rooms.The staff said they couldn't smell it, and said it was a non-smoking hotel, despite ashtrays in every room. The front rooms are very noisy, not double glazed and can hear traffic all night. Rooms on the first floor smelled of bacon in the morning. Some staff were incredibly helpful and gave great advice or used the internet for you to find things out. Other staff (the night manager in particular) was surly, obstructive and money- grabbing. Pay a bit extra for a decent hotel in this location, or stay further out is my advice.
